Flower Art with Jo Alberts

Flower Art –

Find expression through the art of flower pressing – with impact. Create a garden inspired masterpiece with fresh and dried florals. Using tools of various nature, we will explore multiple forms of print-making with nature’s carefully curated art supplies.

Expect to use fresh flowers, tools of force, paint and more to design a variety of 5x7 floral collages. Finish with pressing fresh flowers or utilizing from the collective supply of preserved flowers, mushrooms, mosses and more.

Jo will provide all of the neccesary tools and supplies, but bring your own favorite flowers if you wish.

This class is suitable for teens and adults.

Participants must be able to climb steps, as the class space is on the 2nd story of West Union Art Studios.
